职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 负责公司采购工作，包括：询价、比价、签定采购合同、验收、评估及反馈汇总工作；
2. 熟悉电子元器件、塑料件及五金件及包装材料；
3. 组织对供应商进行评估、认证、管理及考核，控制采购质量与成本；
4. 制订部门的短、中、长期工作计划，编制并提交部门预算；
5. 负责采购人员的岗前培训和在岗业务培训与指导；
6. 协调公司相关部门之间工作。
                                                           
任职要求：
1. 大学专科及以上学历，机械类、管理类、物流类或英语类等专业；
2. 熟悉采购流程，熟悉供应商评估、考核，熟悉相关质量体系标准；
3. 具备良好部门内和跨部门的组织和协调能力，良好的谈判、人际沟通能力，团队协作能力强；
4. 英语口语及书面写作流利，能直接与外国人流利交流；
5. 最好有海外工作经验或外资企业工作经验。

Procurement Manager：
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for purchasing work, including: getting quotations, price comparisons, signing supplier agreements, creating and compiling supplier verification, evaluation, and feedback, etc.
2.Should be familiar with electronic components, plastics, hardware, and packaging materials;
3.Organizing supplier evaluations, verification, management, and audits; controlling procurement quality and cost;
4.Create short and long-term plans for the department, create and submit the department budget;
5.Responsible for training and direction of the procurement team;
6.Managing cooperation between related departments.

Requirements:
1.3-year college degree or higher educational background, machinery, mechanical engineering, management, logistics, English, or related major;
2.Familiarity with procurement processes, supplier evaluation and scoring, and relevant quality system standards;
3.Excellent at organizing and coordinating, both internally and between departments; good judgment, communication, and ability to work with a team.
4.Fluent in both written and spoken English; can communicate directly with native speakers in English.
5.Overseas experience or experience at a foreign owned enterprise preferred.
