Responsibilities: assist the deployment of our ERP project.
TAOLight has been developing and deploying an ERP for the last few years.
The ERP software engineer will be responsible for :
- Fine tuning & testing of the applications
- Supporting and training the users in getting familiar with the ERP
- Reporting problems
- Document Business Process Maps as well as User Cases
Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
KPI:
- Ability to understand the ERP structure & Business processes
- Ability to use that understanding to do a first level analysis
when the users report a problem to highlight the root cause and define
the owner of the issue
- Being able to support users and generate reports from Odoo
- Ability to drive the ERP deployment and adoption
Requirements:
1. A degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
2. 5 years of working experience working on development,
ideally with an ERP and in manufacturing
3. Understanding of relational Databases
(MySQL, Oracle, SQLServer, Postgres, etc..)
4. Experience with Python and PostgreSQL programming is a plus
5. A collaborative approach to software development, a commitment to
teamwork and to the overall success of projects.
6. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
7. Strong Problem solving and Analytical skills
