职位描述：
The Resourcing Supervisor will be responsible for mainly recruiting project consultants. He/she reports to the HR Manager and will be working with the HR Manager to execute recruitment and retention initiatives, develop recruitment networks, attract and retain the best talents for key service areas including Finance and Accounting, Compliance, Internal Control and Risk Management, Information Management, and Supply Chain Management.
 
His/her responsibilities will include:
- Develop network of Resourcing channels and place job requests through various recruitment channels
- Screen, interview, and assess applicants of their technical and other soft skills
- Prepare and polish applicant and consultant profile
- Conduct background and reference check
- Work closely with client service team to provide suitable talent for both long-term and short-term client project need
- Organize consultant and training functions
- Prepare monthly newsletter
- Assist in other ad hoc human resources duties if required
 
Qualifications:
 
- Bachelor degree and/or above
- 5-8 years' work experiences with at least 3+ years' recruiting/head hunting experience
- Professional knowledge and experiences in one or more of the following fields: finance and accounting, internal control, compliance and risk management, information management, supply chain management
- Proven interviewing techniques and a good understanding of compensation and benefits trends
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Ability to deal with candidates and others in a professional manner
- Excellent interview and assessment skills
- With good professional network
- Mature, self-motivated, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and under pressure, and also a good team player. 举报 分享
