职位描述：
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
 Obtain package design requirements from the US marketing and product management teams and China sourcing and QC teams
 Create all package designs and concepts
 Create and proofread artwork to be sent to print
 Deliver package artwork to the printer after approval by HQ
 Provide guidelines, instruction on US requirements to printers for artwork proofs
 Resolve package production problems by communicating with factories and US HQ and following up to ensure resolution
 Maintain a catalogue of artworks and proofs and relevant documentation

Required Qualifications:
 Creative flair and originality
 1-3 years experience in graphic design
 Degree in graphic design or related field
 Experience with color printing preferred
 Lighting product knowledge is a plus
 Fluent in English: reading, writing and verbal
 Precise documentation skills, with excellent attention to detail
 Able to balance multiple projects and resolve conflicts
 Problem solver with an analytical mindset
 Team player, competitive, and egoless
 Strong computer skills: PhotoshopCS5, illustratorCS5, QuarkXPress, iMAC.

主要工作职责:
 从美国市场部，产品管理部以及中国采购和质量检测团队获得包装设计要求
 设计跟校对包装文件
 把总部确认好的文件发给工厂印刷
 根据总部的要求，提供操作指南，供印刷厂制作确认文件
 通过与总部与工厂的双方确认解决工厂在包装生产的问题，并且持续跟踪，保证问题解决
 维护包装的设计文件，工厂的确认文件和相关的其它文件

Required Qualifications:
 1-3 年包装设计经验
 平面设计或相关领域的学历
 有印刷行业方面的经验的优先
 有照明相关知识的优先
 有良好的英文阅读，写作以及口语能力
 精通制作以及管理文档的技能，并且注重细节
 能够平衡多个项目和解决问题的能力
 面对问题思维清晰
 具有团队合作精神
 具备以下计算机技能：PhotoshopCS5, illustratorCS5, QuarkXPress，会使用iMAC
