职位概要：Position Summary
Plans, organizes and directs engineering staff to meet company objectives for new product development, manufacturing capabilities, Productivity, methods and processes by performing assigned responsibilities personally or through subordinates.计划、组织和指导工程团队，认真履行每个人的工作职责，从而达到公司要求的新产品开发、生产产能及效率、生产方式和制程等目标。

主要工作职责:Responsibility
? Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis. 监管重点项目和流程，绩效报告、数据及分析
? Effectively motivate, develop, train and supervise staff to maximize execution of goals and assigned tasks有效地激励、发展、培训和指导团队，最有效地实现目标和指定的任务。
? Support new product development through accurate pricing and minimum cycle time on customer quotations.以客人报价为基础，以达到精确价格和最小的时间周期，支持新产品开发。
? Maximize efficient factory thru put with minimal inventory requirements 以最小的库存需求实现 最有效工厂效率。
? Measure and report appropriate departmental KPI s. 衡量和报告部门适当的KPI
? Develop and maintain engineering policies and procedures insure maximum efficiency and ethical practices.发展和维持工程政策和程序，以确保最大效率和品德操守；
? Prepare component and Finished Goods samples for customer approval. 准备部件和成品样品给客人确认；
? Select best concepts and fundamental technologies to be used for process improvement 选择最好的理念和成熟的技术用于工艺改进。
? Effectively utilize corporate support personnel to enhance performance有效地利用团队力量提高绩效；
? Develop and analyzes proposals to determine benefits derived from alternate manufacturing applications.开发和分析生产代用物料来提高公司效益；
? Lead Cost Reduction and Containment Program主导成本降低的程序；
? Prepare proposals considered feasible to management for consideration and allocation of funds.准备资金备用和分配管理的可行性建议；
? Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring projects such as preparation of records of expenditures and research findings, progress reports, and staff conferences, in order to inform management of current status of each project.开发和执行监控项目的方法和程序，例如为了报告每个项目的近况管理，预算的准备记录，研究成果，进度报告和团队会议；
Support Manufacturing and Quality Manager in monitoring quality and manufacturing processes. 在管理品质和生产过程中，给于生产和品质经理支持；

职位要求: Qualification

? Bachelor degree or above，More than 5years engineering management experience. 本科以上学历，5年以上工程管理工作经验；
? Strong project management ability ; 较强的项目管理能力
? Excellent ability to develop and analyzes proposals to determine benefits derived from alternate manufacturing applications.优秀的开发和分析生产代用物料来提高公司效益的能力；
? Good communicate and negotiation skills, good coordinate ability and Strong work planning. 有较好的沟通、谈判及协调能力、工作计划性强；
? Good Oral and written English skills; 英语良好；
