职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Development
? Understanding the Accessories Team growth opportunities and develop supplier base to support the growth opportunity.
? Source new material and duplicate design desired material that meets the target price and technical requirement with brand appropriate aesthetic.
? New supplier onboarding include the introduction of company standard.
? Counter source material with supplier
? Manage sample color/quality approval with supplier
? Coordinate supplier lab dip and quality swatch submissions to be sent to NY product development team for approval.
? Update and keep tracking Development tracking reports in order to monitor the status
? Assure the material quality issue on / before SRS.
? Coordinate and inform the material development status with Volume/Luxury SZ/NY product development team
? Manage capacity and allocation to align to division goal & vendor sourcing strategy
? Support product specialist on getting supplier on board regarding understanding our company compliance requirement
? PLM entering / creation for all raw material prior to development.

2. Production
? Coordinate supplier Fabric/PU submission and send to SZ / NY material team for comment / approval. Work with tannery / mill / manufactory to correct before pre-production.
? Work with suppliers on lead time to achieve business requirement
? Quality check new material in production run to avoid quality and selection issue occurs.
? Solve the bulk quality issue before or during the production
? Handles and troubleshoot production problems and work with factory to present alternative
? Update and keep tracking Production tracking reports in order to monitor the status
? Coordinate and review the material production status with Volume/Luxury SZ/NY

3. Reporting
? Maintain material price comparison for material analyze in quarter basic.
? Maintain sample / production tracking report and reporting to RM manager.
? Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the material library by category and season
? Update material raw material cost trend in weekly basic
? Liability management


Qualifications
At least 4 years of accessories manufacturing experience
Need to have technical knowledge on Fabric/PU; (Fabric comes first then PU)
? Knowledgeable in product development, production processes and best practices
? Rich experience working with vendors and raw material suppliers in Asia
? Communication skills are the must
? System work and detail oriented
? Good command of spoken and written English
? Problem identifying and problem solving oriented
? Self-motivated, independent, good communication & interpersonal skill 举报 分享
