Main Responsibilities:
1. Development & Establish BCT Process Structure
? Key role in the development of overall BCT processes structure (in line with BCT Process Landscape) as well as the deflinltion & documentation of individual business processes
? Identification and prioritization of key process
2. Leading project teams
? Develop standardized way of documentation(templates/formats)
? Assists cross-functional project teams to establish and further develop business processes
3. Continuous process improvement
? Provide training before implementing defined process
? Implementation of regular review cycle and establishment of audit plan
? Perform internal compliance audits to processes& execute regular risk assessments,provide adequate risk reporting
? Identification of areas for process optimization
? Work out process improvement objectives,specific goals,measures incl.metrics setting
4. Support for future SAP implementation
? Design processes in accordance with the.BRITA SAP template’
? Support and coordinate within the SAP implementation activities

Qualification:

1.University degree
Professional experience/Skills:
Must
1. A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience either in FMCG company or an auditing company or a minimum of years of consultant
2. Fluent oral and written English skills
3. Project management skills
4. Leading cross-functional project teams
5. assertive and integrating at the same time,with an ability to stand firm on certain grounds
6. independent and conceptual way of working
7. teamplayer
8. ability to prioroitize effectively
9. accuracy in all working;able to provide reporting and documentation to the necessary extent
Preferable
1. ERP knowledge (SAP)/MS office especially Excel,Visio
