Required Skills
-Graduated from key universities in communications, computer, software and other related majors
-5+ years working experience in developing software of data communication industry
-Proficiency in written and spoken English
-Deep Experience in some of these fields :
--Layer Two Protocol (VLAN,LACP,MSTP,RSTP,PVRST+, etc)
--Layer Three Protocol (RIP,OSPF,BGP,IPV4, IPV6 etc)
--Data path Layer Two and layer Three Path packet inspections and optimizations
--Virtualization technologies (VMWare, QBG/QBH, vNIC, TRILL, etc)
--Device Driver layer e.g BRCM SDK
--Team leadership experience a plus
--Leadership in Architectures, Industry research a plus
