职位描述：
职位概要:
协调处理公司决策、经营和管理中的法律事务；
参与公司重大经营决策，保证决策的合法性，对公司重大经营决策提出法律意见，并对相关法律风险提出防范意见。
工作内容:
参与公司重大经营决策和重要经济活动，为公司长远发展规划提供法律保障；
建立并完善公司法律风险控制系统及管理制度，预防和控制公司及下属公司经营中的风险；
起草、审核、修改公司各类法律文件，参与公司重要商务合同的讨论和谈判工作，提供法律支持；
负责公司知识产权以及处理公司各种纠纷，独立代理或协助外聘律师开庭应诉；
代表公司联系公检法机关和律师事务所，与相关部门建立良好社会关系；
为管理层、各职能部门及下属公司提供必要的法律咨询服务和指导，同时负责公司内部法律培训工作；
完成领导交付的其他工作内容。
This person should be able to routinely review or draft commercial contracts in English. Some contracts may be complicated. We need inputs, comments and suggestions from this person for the negotiation or improvement of those contracts. And this person should be able to clearly communicate with our customers, business partners and outside counsel in written and verbal English. We may not need a lawyer but five years or more legal experience is needed. The job of internal legal may cover a broad range of topics including IP, service, trade, labor, and so on. Knowledge in tax regulation would be very helpful. And working experience in international companies is definitely a big plus.
1. Supporting business development initiatives from legal viewpoint
2. Set up company legal control system and management policy
3. Strutting, drafting and negotiating a wide range of bilingual contracts and transactions; conducting contract reviews, international trade compliance reviews
4. Providing sound legal counseling on various corporate law matters
5. Handing various dispute resolutions
6. Supervising legal specialist in providing the above-reference legal supports
7. Working closely with business team to provide practical counseling team to provide practical counseling on various PRC legal issues in the multinational business environment
8. Other tasks by demand.

任职资格:
教育背景：法律专业本科及以上学历，接受过专业法律知识的系统学习和培训，取得相关职业资格证书优先考虑；
行业背景：相关工作经验五年及以上，具有国际化集团企业工作经验者优先考虑；

？ 具有良好的职业道德和敬业精神，客观公正、坚持原则；
？ 个性稳健、积极进取具备较强的抗压能力。
