1. 化学相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 年龄在28-35之间，有potential；
3. 制造业背景，掌握TS16949，作为企业TS或ISO内审员，熟练使用8D，PDCA等方法解决重大客户投诉和进行质量持续改善；
4. 不一定目前有直接下属，但必须被证明有项目管理经验；
5. 思路清晰，结果导向；
6. 英语口语可以沟通
7. 有SAP使用经验优先。

Objectives of the Position
? Support manager on the overall QM cost management
? Quality council KPI management
? Customer complaint handling
Main Tasks:
? Overall QM cost management , make sure the target is achievable by identifying the gap on return reduction, leading the discussion with dept. manager/ function leader, set up the improvement priority with proposed measures and report to line manager, then follow up the implementation
? Quality Council KPI management, setting up the target with each dept. manager, monitor the performance and push the measures set up with related team, organize the monthly review meeting with management team and follow up the actions.
? Customer compliant management, beside the single case handle for MH site, also review all the investigation progress with team regularly, decision making on the improvement direction and issue closed.
? Incident and crater update to A-ECA and global QM
? Leading other continuous improvement activities initiated and implemented with the team.
? Coach the team using on quality management tool eg : 8D, FEMA, analysis tools and so on
? EHS responsibility: see detail in the attachment
Requirements:
Minimum Education and Qualification Required
? Education:Master degree or above in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. Outstanding command of English (verbal and written).
? Working Experience:>3 years experience in quality management field or related, Chemistry industry or Auto-motive industry experience preferred
? Technical&Professional Knowledge: TS16949 internal auditor; Familiar with the customer special requirement;Knowing quality management skill and knowledge.
