Responsibilities:

1. Performing deep failure analysis of RMA (Return Material Authorization) on products returned by: Field & Internal customers. Create and complete the FA report based on analysis.

2. Define the test flow and FA method based on customer return; generate working instruction and disposition to CM for recovery.

3. Support failure analysis request on the high volume manufacturing rejects raised by production team.

4. New product transfer from headquarter to manufacturing sites. Setup manufacturing database; deliver product training to manufacturing teams; solve technical issues and coordinate the schedule/resource for NPI process.

5. Monitor product yield, test time and DPPM. Provide technical solutions for yield improvement, TTR and DPPM reduction; and come up with detail plans and drive for implementation.

Requirements:

1. Possess a Bachelor in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.

2. More than 5 years of debugging experience in SSD or other storage device technology.

3. Strong FA experience on system level (NAND based products) and schematic interpretation skill.

4. Well understanding of NAND structure and operation.

5. Data extraction and analysis skills.

6. The ability to work and adapt in a high throughput with dynamic technical environment.

7. Proficient in C, C++ and Linux is an advantage.

8. Good spoken and written English.
