职位描述：
1.Quality control in production process;
2.Deal with customer complain and weekly & monthly report;
3.Assess supplier capabilities and monitor supplier quality to ensure desired levels of performance;
4.Collaborates with Engineering on new product development and design review for quality/reliability ;
5.Train and coach quality team and other related personnel;
6. Statistics, analysis and prevention of supplier’s bad quality.;
7.Do control plan, inspection instructions, etc. for the product/process of the manufacturing projects to assure the launched projects achieve the quality objectives;


Educational Requirements:

- Engineering Degree
- Working knowledge of CAD software like AUTOCAD or SOLIDWORKS, Power Point and Excel are mandatory;
- 5 years minimum in Product Development and Quality Control, experience in cosmetics packaging is perferred.
- Fluent in English is mandatory
- Fluent in Chinese
- Know how to use 3D printer
