职位描述：
The Sales Planning & Leads Management Manager, GC will act as the primary contact with regards to Salesforce.com matters, communicating with all relevant customers and stakeholders. The incumbent will drive, design and implement integrated sales strategies and plans for business growth in Greater China.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Process Management
? Establish and enable the usage of Salesforce.com among the Greater China sales teams
? Suggest and implement improvements with regards to usage of Salesforce.com in collaboration with the Regional Office
? Provide accurate reporting on specific dates to all sales team members
? Plan and execute sales campaigns
Stakeholder Management
? Ensure quality reporting of all necessary information/trainings for Salesforce.com
? Act as the first level support for Salesforce.com
? Ensure sufficient data quality for the sales processes and reporting
? Provide regular sales reporting to management
? Support and work with other Commercial team members to enable success of business
Desired Skills / Qualifications
? Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales management, controlling, consulting or database handling
? Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or eCommerce related fields
? Minimum 3-5 years experience in Salesforce.com is a MUST
? Good understanding of B2C market and related sales/CRM tools
? Good communication skills (English, Chinese), spoken and written
? Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Minimum Educational Qualification
? Bachelor degree in relevant fields or MBA preferred
