Sales Director Asia-pacific

Report to VP

Location in Shanghai or BeiJing City, China


Responsibilities

In charge of three channels: Direct, OEM and Distribution.

Lead and motivate sales team to reach the monthly, quarterly and yearly commitment.

Hire, train, manage and develop sales people

Find, develop and grow distributor and reseller partnerships, particularly for the Medical and Scientific research market.

Maintain good relationships with key distributors, OEMs and customers.

Develop sales organization that aligns with regional and global strategy.

Implement a sales methodology / process that all sales will follow and ensure all sales is trained in the process / methodology.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above (Preferably in Chemical Analysis, Chemical Engineering, Bio-science, Environmental Engineering, Physics, Photonics and Semiconductor Engineering).

10+ years application and sales experience in related industry.

5+ years successful people management experience. Strong leadership skills.

Spoken and written excellent Chinese and English is a must, With direct or indirectly experience with China, Japan, Korea and South East Asia
