职位描述：

High Level Statement of the Role:
1. Data collection, analysis and communication of in-house and supplier quality data.
2. Sourced product inspection
3. Supplier manufacturing process audit

Roles and Responsibilities:
(Include Safety and Environmental, Quality, and Job Specific Roles and Responsibilities)
· Indentification and communication of nonconforming product.
· Assist with problem solving on recurring issues.
· Perform inspection, measuring, and test equipment requirements for all processes related to NOF sourced products on the Asian supplier sites
· Facilitate and/or work with the suppliers quality improvement teams
· Provide inspection, sampling and process control requirements
· Perform product and/or process capability studies
· Auditing product or processes
· Perform in-process inspection and testing when required
· Participate in and drive corrective actions
· Supports our Vision and Guiding Principles.
· Support the Vision and Guiding Principles and other policies of Kimball International and National Office Furniture.
· Communicate with the Asia suppliers on National Supplier Quality Manual; Follow and support the Quality system.
· Support our Environmental Management System (EMS).

8.在必要的时候对产品进行制程检验或测试
9.参与并促使产品纠错行动的执行
10.积极参与和推动有效措施
11.拥护公司的愿景和指导原则
12.遵循精博国际和办公家具的指导方针和其他政策
13.与供应商沟通关于公司的质量手册，并遵从和支持公司的质量管理体系
14.支持公司的环境管理体系
