Key Responsibility:

Primary responsibility for coordination, follow-up, and reporting on supply chain activity. Areas of focus will be: 1.) Ensuring smooth day-to-day order processing operations within the manufacturing supply chain; and 2.) Handling the documentation in the logistic process by working with Supplier, forwarder & customer. 3) Establishing effective analysis and reports of supply chain activity to maximize support for and effectiveness of overall supply chain operations at Victorinox.

The position will report into the Senior Supply Chain Supervisor with a dotted line into the Supply Chain Team in Ibach, Switzerland. The position will be located at the Asia Travel Gear office in Houjiezhen, Dongguan, Guangdong, China.

Major scope of duties:

Key Result: Order Management / Order Maintenance
- Core Tasks:
? Work directly with Asia Supply Chain to coordinate and follow-up day-to-day production and customer order processing activities.
o To include daily verification of capacity and ship dates.
? Check supplier’s shipment documents and follow the right logistic process with to ensure the goods ship out properly and clearance with right documents.
? Work with and provide direct support to the Victorinox Supply Chain Management Team in Ibach, Switzerland.
? Communication and reports.
? Data entry and reconciliation.
? Work with supply chain and team to ensure timely reporting on order flow and processing.
? Data updates in ERP environment and analysis of supply chain management activities.
? Prepare and issue specific daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Ensure that all reports are correct, presentable, and issued as required.
? Coordination/communication with Quality Management Team to assist them with proper data for resource planning and deployment.
? Ensure that Victorinox Global Supply Chain controls are in place and upheld.
- Additional Tasks:
? Work with Manager, Sourcing, and supply chain partners to ensure proper capacity planning.
? Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
? Additional projects and responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

Education ：
? BA/BS in Business or related field.
Experience ：
? 5+ years years of experience in supply chain management and logistics within a consumer product environment.
? Proficiency with ERP systems on Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Projects, Customer Relationship Management.
? Excellent oral and written English communication skills to be conducive with communicating in a global corporate environment
Others ：
? Position will be located at our DongGuan office.
? Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point) and Adobe Illustrator.
? Excellent reporting, project management, and facilitation skills.
? Ability to work with relative autonomy.
? Experience working with cross-functional teams to effectively execute projects.
? Able to drive change and continuous improvement.
? Strong knowledge of manufacturing and logistics… direct industry experience is a plus.
? Team player.
