职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Be in charge of the daily production operation
In charge for production, equipment, process improvement (lean), asset maintenance, plant layout
Lead team to deliver products on time. Ensure the team achieves customer requirements of quality, cost, delivery, product performance and customer satisfaction
Organize all new products launch related activities such as lean production activities
Follows up analyses productivity indicators and prepare corrective action plan
Production Planning for day-to-day routine job
Coordinate with Quality Assurance about any quality concerns raised in the workshop
Instruct operators towards proper work procedure and discipline
Coordinate departments within manufacturing to assist in a smooth flow through of product from stores
Conducts reviews and generate reports to management regularly on manufacturing activities

Requirement:
B.S.
More than 10 years production experience in manufacturing industry, including 3+ year in managerial position
Production experience in Metal/mechanical industry
Be familiar with equipment maintenance, process improvement
Metal industry production experience is a plus
Lean manufacturing experience
Experienced in production process and quality control & improvement
Strong management skills and good communication and interpersonal skills
Aggressive, hard working, self-motivated, result-oriented and strong sense of responsibility
