职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:
？ Contract manufacturing process lead
？ Lead contract manufacturing technical activities and yield improvement
？ New product qualification and migration to mass production
？ Work with QA to define/improve key attributes for quality to customer
？ Provide leadership in problem solving, and technical expertise to ensure timely resolution of short-term equipment issues, and higher level troubleshooting
？ Provide direction to other technicians, coach junior engineers and provide guidance to maintenance personnel
？ Provide general engineering and manufacturing skills and knowledge (understand theories and fundamentals); capable of leading projects, getting to root cause of issues and putting permanent solutions in place
？ Recommend and implement permanent solutions to long term performance issues and improve existing as well as new technologies
？ Develop and lead areas of the manufacturing and/or technical roadmaps
？ Identify, justify, and implement cost reduction, capacity enhancement, capital equipment and other improvement initiatives.
？ Introduce new products and technologies
？ Meet environmental, safety and health requirements related to equipment or process
？ Develop subject matter expert level knowledge of material, process and/or equipment in focused areas of manufacturing or engineering.
？ Design and/or specify new equipment or modify existing equipment to continuously improve process performance.
？ Coordinate installation, debugging and initial operation of new equipment and systems
？ Capable of designing new equipment, fixtures, or systems using SolidWorks software.
Required Skills & Experience:
? 2+ years of engineering experience
？ Fluent English is a must
？ Basic statistics and reporting capability
？ Significant experience communicating effectively with internal and external customers
？ Track record of delivering results
？ Broad manufacturing and engineering experiences
？ Project leadership (scope to implementation)
？ Exposure to contract manufacturing
？ Project and/or manufacturing financial management knowledge 举报 分享
