1. 维护和管理会员基本信息，确保数据准确性和及时性，并在CRM系统中同步；
2. 监控会员异常数据，能为会员数据清洗提供数据状态反馈；
3. 能与零售、市场、商品建立良好的沟通合作关系，确定推广需求，并协助进行会员规则的设置；
4. 根据推广需求，按时整理会员清单，并执行eDM和短信的发送；
5. 在既有的会员报告模板下，按时按质完成月度会员数据报告；
6. 能够进行基本的数据分析，并提出初步原因和改善建议；
7. 跟进部门日常行政流程以及文书工作
8. 完成临时性数据抽取任务，以及上级交办的其它工作

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，有一年以上VIP会员数据处理经验尤佳；
2、对数据敏感，能熟练操作Excel；
3、具备良好的沟通能力及团队协助能力，条理性较好；
4、国粤语流利，具备有较好的英语读写。 举报 分享
