Background

At RTC we are focused exclusively on retail: the ultimate point of consumer contact. We plan, design, build, implement and manage retail solutions that bring clarity with the world’s leading retailers and brands. With locations in America, Latin America, Europe and Asia, we have helped our clients activate their retail presence in more than 100 countries. RTC Asia has offices in Shanghai, Dongguan, Hong Kong and Singapore, focused on delivering an exacting service to our global clients. The role of the Account Coordinator is a critical one in ensuring we meet the expectations of the customer on a daily and ongoing basis.


Skills required:
? Computer proficiency – excel, word, power point, experience in gnat charts
? Leadership Skills/potential
? Clear Oral Communication – particularly on the phone, in meetings and presentations to internal and global teams and customers
? Must be personable to build strong relationship with customer and internal teams
? Problem Solving/Decision Making
? Report Writing and general written communication – clear and simple delivery
? Strong personal Initiative
? Have excellent attention to detail

Qualifications/Experience
? Bachelor degree or above, required in Business, Management, Communication or similar
? Must be fluent in Chinese and English (written and oral)

Duties:
1. Monitor the weekly tracker (or other key reports within each program) to ensure the production lead-time, loading plan, shipping schedule meet customer’s target opening date.
2. Work with the CS team to ensure all key customer communication is accurate especially the pricing and delivery information. Attention to detail and accuracy focus is required
3. Manage the communication process with CS team on daily operations and the customer as required. Ensuring all customer expectations are known, understood and are achieved
4. Present reports defining program progress, problems and solutions as required and in a timely manner
5. Prepare and edit meeting minutes and presentations
6. File all project documents (hard and soft copies)
