职位描述：
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Driving manufacturing readiness across the value chain by collaborating with business, development, engineering, supply chain, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver a plan that supply chain and manufacturing can execute.
Coordinate manufacturing area execution to ensure future capacity and material requirements are understood by manufacturing area to support projections.
Inventory management - Evaluate inventory at all levels and take appropriate actions.
Manage each stage of product introduction lifecycle until the product handoff to manufacturing receiver with clear deliverables.
Hold process stakeholders accountable to required deliverables and milestones.
Assess software solutions and master data for gaps to support new products; coordinate solutions and report status.
Collaborate with cross functional teams on information regarding demand signals and priorities.
Collect data, develop and report performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Communicate and participate in technical information sharing and foster discussion on new methodologies in solving operational problems.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree and above in a relevant discipline, such as supply chain management, operations management, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or equivalent

Required Skills
Minimum of 5+ years' experience in NPI management and operations
Experience leading mid to large-scale projects or programs, working with metrics & analytics, and leading process improvements.
Familiarity with product lifecycle management concepts
Understanding of program management best practices and proven ability to lead teams
Proven problem-solving skills

Desired Skills
PMP certification a plus.

Ability to promote innovative ideas and accept the risks that are required to lead change
Ability to translate broad or general concepts into tangible deliverables
Comfort in dealing with ambiguity
Ability to influence others using a variety of approaches with or without positional authority

Travel Requirements: (National/International; 0-100%)
