职位描述：
We are looking for a seasoned e-Commerce Head to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global FMCG business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Schick, Banana Boat, Hawaiian Tropic… just to name a few!). This is an exciting role in leading the development of market based plans using the e-Commerce strategy and implementation through our BPO, and building strong relationships with critical internal partners and e-Retailers to ensure our longer term growth through specific sales and marketing activities.

Responsibilities:
Strategic & Annual Planning:
-Develop the China ecommerce business strategy ensuring alignment with all business stakeholders. Develop annual business plan and marketing campaigns in line with the strategy.
BPO Relationship:
-Directly manage the relationship with BPO partner ensuring they are on track to deliver services outlined in the contract.
Sales & Profit Targets:
-Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas; and adapt procedures or re-allocate/optimize resources to improve the overall performance of the sales teams.
Relationship Management:
-Develop deep customer relationships with e-Retail Key Accounts

Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree or above in related disciplines
-Deep knowledge in Chinese e-Retail market
-Experience Sales Leader delivering services through an outsourced provider
-Working in a start-up organization focusing on putting structure and expertise in the model.
-Managing P&L, Forecasts deflators etc.
-Working in a multinational in a matrix structure
-Excellent business English, both written and verbal
-Previous experience in FMCG industry in highly preferred

This is a permanent position based in Shanghai and we are offering a competitive salary. We are also open to consider candidates based in Hong Kong and Taipei.
