Key Activities / Accountabilities
· Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of AP booking and balance in SAP;
· To ensure all inbound transactions are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with the Group policy
· To process China’s inter-company charges and related record
· To effectively communicate with other countries in resolving issues in accordance with the Group policy

Essential Educational and / or Training Qualifications & Certificates
· University graduate, or above
· 1 years or more working experience in multi-national company environment
· Excellence in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is a must
· Able to work under pressure and deadline
· Open minded
· Excellent communication skills
