职位描述：
SUMMARY

This position is based on Dongguan operating to manage shipment from copacker to RB countries, monitor shipment information/status among the freight forwarder, local markets and RB factories/copackers, and act as a central point of freight-related communications between supplier, forwarder and countries.
The position should have capability to work with finance and freight forwarder to provide accurate documents on time.

SCOPE OF ROLE

1. Track shipments to markets to ensure on time delivery
2. Work with finance to provide accurate shipping documents on time

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Track shipments to markets to ensure on time delivery
? Track shipment from notification of shipment until arrival at port of country/market
? Identify any risk and actions required to mitigate those

2. Work with finance to provide accurate shipping documents on time
? Check and finish goods receiving / confirm shipment process in system on time.
? Provide related shipping documents according to request of countires.


SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

? Good written and verbal communication skills in English
? Strong knowledge for logistic
? High energy, ability to work in details.
? Good communication skills
? PC skills essential for Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
? Other database relevant – JD Edwards or SAP
