职位描述：
Job Requirements
1. Proactively support DP’s market development strategy, recommend sustainable projects with the respective incumbents in China
2. Develop relations with local industry federations and similar actors. Collaborate with DPDHL’s lobby representatives.
3. Supports Public Policy in maintaining close relations with China Post, Customs and Regulatory Executives of Provincial / Regional Offices of Exchange that handle international mail inbound, outbound and / or both.
4. Support DPI to better understand relevant ‘power centers’ within China Post and to establish personal contacts with those key players
5. Foster communication on operational as well as on commercial level with China Post keeping high level of transparency and understanding
6. Experience and knowledge of the (postal) industry both commercially as well as on the political / regulatory field.
7. Proven track record of gaining and maintaining both customers and regulatory interaction partners.
8. Proven track record of cross-cultural expertise and behavioural and interactive tactics
9. Commercially aware and numerate
10. Sound knowledge of logistics, processes and consultancy instruments and methods (developing solutions) –both top line and bottom line oriented.
11. Experience in governmental relations, civil service interaction diplomatic eloquence, lobbyism
12. Proven record of leading change management and projects cross-culturally and in a multi-dimensional matrix environment.

Qualification
1. Business degree or equivalent
2. Degree in logistics management or equivalent
3. Proven track record of high level negotiation skills and successes with the civil service in China
4. Proficient in Mandarin Chinese and English
