职位描述：
Tasks and Responsibilities:

 1/ analyze and understand the requirements of designated clients in terms of product quality, manufacturing process, QC organization and expected outcomes
 2/ Design and Implement the optimal QC solution (processes, protocols, delivery organization, KPI...) to deliver the expected results
3/ Interact with clients as required, to get a better understanding, and to explain our designed solution
4//Interact with AQF's Operations and Quality departments to ensure smooth transition, from design to execution
  5//As required, contribute to building/ training/ monitoring the QC solution in execution phase, to guarantee it will deliver the expected value to clients, over time
 6/ Throughout the execution of services, interact with client as required to raise alerts, propose solutions, implement changes, and report on KPI and progress

Personal traits

1/rigourous and structured thinking
2/ability to translate requirements into design and processes
3/ ability to interact with clients as well as internal teams, and act as a co-ordinator
4/ high reactivity in case of alerts or issues during service execution
 5/position based in Shenzhen (60/70%) with regular travels (2-4 times monthly) to Service Execution location (eastern China)

Requirement
1/Engineer Master/Bachelor degree, ideally in Mechanical engineer.
2/At least 3 years experience in Production/Quality Engineering field.
3/Automotive metallic parts is preferred.
4/Familiar with ISO 9001/ISO TS 16949 standards.
