职位描述：
Give strong theoretical and practical support on C&B related expert projects and designs.
Monitor and ensure HR process, policies and documents are in line with Labor Law, government regulation, company policies, as well as internal and external audits’ requirements.
Assist to maintain and develop current HR systems, find new resources, to fully support HR team daily work, and improve HR working efficiency.
Lead to maintain HR data center, design reports to optimize HR reporting system to meet internal and external teams’ needs of HR data analysis, and also ensure HR data confidentiality.
Support projects of shared service, e.g. C&B survey, SWB budget, HR process optimization and standardization, etc.

任职资格:
Bachelor in Human Resources, Business or related; or equivalent education/experience
5+ years HR experience in business environment
Ability to manage multi tasks
Ability to operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment
Strong knowledge and experience in HR C&B related expert fields
A solid understanding of Company HR policies and procedures; including regulatory compliance requirements
Proficient in MS tools, especially Excel and Word
Familiarity with Chinese Labor Law system 举报 分享
