Key Job Responsibilities includes:
Support the test operation in subcon factories on low yield lot disposition, NPI, transfer, daily issues
Develop and implement cost effective test solutions to improve capacity, volume, quality and yield
Support onshore and offshore test facilities.
Develop and debug production test programs
Qualification and Experience:
Must hold at least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer or similar)
Minimum 3 years experience in Analog/Mixed Signal Semiconductor Test Engineering
Experience on subcon management is an advantage
Test debug experience on one of the automatic test equipments which includes Eagle(ETS300/364), Credence (TMT ASL1000/D10). Test development experience is an advantage.
Knowledge on test hardware which includes load board design/review, tester diagnose is an advantage.
Programming/software skills in VC++
Good Oral and written communication skill in English.
