Weare looking for a National RTM Manager to join our customer businessdevelopment team in China, your work location could be either Beijing or Shanghai.


Thisis an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to get involved in maximizingprofit and making key negotiations with major stakeholders.


Withyour combination of analytical skills and sales acumen, we will look primarilyto you for strategy on building and developing business on existing insight. Theideal candidate will be a great converser, able to use this skill to fullyunderstand customer needs.

What you will do day-to-day?

  1. Lead national business across planning & implementations
  2. ?Provide comprehensive plan to company and lead channel growth (Market potential projections, segmentations, resource planning/management, retail/DTR loyalty planning & execution guidance)
  3. Manage and cooperate with across functional key stake holders, secure designed KPI delivery
  4. ?Establish distributor and top stores stock management process, one time call out risks & opportunities with action plan
  5. ?Conduct periodical review for direct serve and DTR served retail business, provide competitive and execution performance reports to company and lead for improvement plan.
  6. ?Establish across functional project, align strategy and resource, drive business growth via team effective collaboration
  7. ?Drive off take growth thru Top stores activity calendar and pilots potential opportunity & roll out
  8. ?Lead regional team to establish model markets and model routes as area training center.

To be successful, you will need to be with thefollowing experience and skills:-

  1. Be driven and passionate about expanding the growth of the company!
  2. ?Be commercially attentive with experience in P&L management, budget arrangement and customer management.
  3. ?Strong collaboration skills allied commercial astuteness and sufficient gravitas to build key relationships internally and externally to gain credibility early in the role.
  4. ?Excellent analytical and complex interrogation skills of multiple data sources, with the ability to present multi-faceted information in a simple way to various levels of the organization
  5. ?Financial acumen and numerically sound with the ability to think strategically and link information in a broader context.
  6. ?Excellent written and spoken English language skills
