· Form and head R&D group of SiC Processing Asia
· Personnel management of R&D group located in China
· Support of regional production sites
· Support continuous improvement process
· Support of application team China and Taiwan
· Support regional marketing
Skills
· PHD in Chemistry; Chemical engineering or Material science
· min 8 years experience in at least one of following fields:
o analytics
o organic chemistry
o inorganic chemistry
o technical minerals
o solid/liquid suspensions
· min 5 years R&D experiences in a major manufacturer or supplier of PV or Semiconductor branches
· min 3 years experiences in people management
· Project management skills
· Fluent in following languishes:
o Mandarin
o English
Reporting
· Direct reporting to head of technical team China
· Dotted line reporting to head of R&D of SiC Processing GmbH
· Form and head R&D group of SiC Processing Asia
· Personnel management of R&D group located in China
