职位描述：

- The Quality Engineer will be responsible for quality inspection and acceptance test at supplier site for
sheet metal parts (cutting-, forming-, welding-, structural steel-technology)
machined parts and castings (milling-, turning-, grinding-technology)
surface treatment (sandblast-, pickling-, passivation-technology) and painting (thickness-, cross-cut test)
trial run of finished / completed machines / equipment;

- Analysis of quality defects and advice for corrective actions to suppliers;

- Support and train suppliers to reach Buhler quality standard;

- Preparation of quality inspection and acceptance reports and documentation;

- Preparation and planning of audits for new suppliers;

- Preparation and planning of yearly evaluations for key suppliers;

- Support quality complaint management in term of 3rd party supply ;

岗位要求：

- Bachlor degree in Mechanical Engineering ;

- Min. 3 years of practical experience in mechanical/sheet metal quality control functions;

- Basic knowledge of Auto-CAD;

- Good English both in spoken and written is a plus;

- Familiar with making pressure vessel is a plus;

- Familiar with making port loading & unloading equipment is a plus;

- Good skills in communication, coordination and cooperation;

- Willingness of working at supplier site for 9 months around per year;

- Team-oriented, process-oriented, open, flexible, independent
