职位描述：
岗位职责；
1.在吉利品牌销售总经理的领导下，开发二级网点和渠道经销商，积极扩大市场辐射面，集聚潜客资源，挖掘销售线索，并组织落实，实现二网销售；
2.制定渠道开发工作计划，确保本岗位销售目标的完成；
3.严格按公司要求和流程进行规范操作，定期掌握并监管各渠道网点的销售情况，对网点存在的问题进行沟通改进，提高购车客户满意度；
4.参与公司组织的各项市场活动，主动收集二网经商的信息，挖掘潜在客户并及时跟进，促成销售；
5.根据公司的战略布局，淘汰劣质渠道经销商，挖掘诚信优质的二网经销商，并进行规范与扶持；
6.积极完成公司领导交代的其他事务。
岗位要求；
1.大专及以上学历；三年以上同等工作岗位工作经验；能熟练操作计算机，精通PS技术；
2.谈判和沟通能力强，有强烈的市场竞争意识，能独立完成市场的开拓；
3.熟练4S店的销售环节流程和政策要求；
4.有驾照，熟练驾驶，可接受出差；
