职位描述：
? Over 3 years’ working experience, to Plans, directs, and co-ordinates a cross-functional team’s activities to manage overall IT biz ops function or Project admin related
? Determines, monitors, and reviews all process economics to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, sub-contractors, resources, and risk.
? Identifies and assembles the appropriate blend of resources to meet delivery needs and requirements
? Plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on activities related to the project/Program.
? Leads the project/Program team(s) in determining client requirements and translating requirements into operational plans.
? Ensures adherence to contractual requirements
? Facilitates status review meetings among internal team members and operation team.
? Works with senior management on business operation proposals, estimates, and schedules.
? Mentors and trains the junior operation team members in Business Operation Service.
? Coaches and counsels members of cross-functional teams to accomplish project/Program goals, to meet established schedules, and resolve technical/operational issues.
? Establishes appropriate metrics for measuring key Program criteria.
? Facilitates the creation of communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged among key stakeholders.
? Analysis and interpretation of reports and presenting to the stakeholders
? Successful delivery of complex, multinational, multi-processes.
? Excellent interpersonal , communication and influencing skills especially in the area of leadership
? ITIL,PMP certified ,Major in Computer Science preferred 举报 分享
