职位描述：
SUMMARY
 
To develop new projects with relative parties, assure production of rolling items are under control, and assure supplier's quality system is robust.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
  
New Product Development:
_ Plan, organize, and coordinate the quality activities for the assigned No touch dispensing product in
manufacturing supplier;
_ Ensure that all new or revised components use in No touch dispensing product is in compliance with
agreed product success criteria;
_ Assist Technical Project Leader and No Touch Business Head via APQP.
_ Coordinate and monitor the progress of Design Approval Test Protocol testing in lab.
_ Participate in product development, and process development, and supplier audit.
_ Assist Project manager in component / tooling qualification via PPAP.
_ Review and comment on process flow, and lead the PFMEA and Control plan management.
_ Participate in MSA.
_ Create and maintain the Quality spec and related summary.
_ Lead production line qualification.
_ Risk assessment on product & process through the entire manufacturing supply chain.

Existing Product Development:
_ Assist Project manager in rolled out project.
_ Assist Project manager in squeeze project via APQP.
Complaint handling:
_ Able to communicate effective with global quality manager in all kind of complaint from next
manufacturing site in chain or market.
_ Coordinate complaint analysis with the working team in China, and issue analysis report with CAR.
_ On site verify the progress of problem solve and quality improvement.
_ Summarize and report in logical way.

Continue Quality Improvement:
_ Lead the continue quality improvement program to hit the target CPM and First Pass Yield.
Quality Control:
_ Ensure the production quality system is in well operation.
_ Handling quality issue during daily operation and update quality system.
_ Ensure the engineering change control is implemented effectively.

Audit:
_ Audit according to up to date internal quality manual, and comment on risk.
_ Follow up open issue in last audit.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
 
1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. 2+ years experience in manufacturing industrial foreign or Joint Venture Company.


SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
 
1. Proactive attitude and open mind character.

2. Good English in writing, speaking & communicate with foreigner in tele-conference.

3. Good at Micro-soft excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook

4. Willing to travelling, and multi-task handling.

5. Good to understand Cantonese
