Job description
The Program Manager leads multiple complex retail marketing projects/installations for companies through initiation, execution, and post project reviews. This position plans, organizes and controls each project to ensure alignment with the client’s specifications and timelines as well as the company’s budget. As such, the manager must build strong relationships with retailers, networking with a variety of stakeholders, and displaying frontline sales skills, as well as cross-functional collaborative working.

Responsibilities:
? Delivers a superior guest service experience and monitors all guest service data. Learns from feedback and coaches consistently to develop team and improve guest experience;
? Collaborates with Global Retail and Marketing team to set and support overall strategic direction;
? Coordinates internal and external resources;
? Manages communications and resolves issues with project stakeholders and clients;
? Reports on project risk, status and other project-specific metrics;
? Keeps track of and analyzes emerging shopper and market trends;
? Performs special projects, as assigned.

Requirements:

? Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field (or equivalent combination of education/training and experience) with a minimum of five years of related experience in project management, retail, marketing, agency, or operations;
? Solid understanding of retail, consumer and customer services industry/environments/business;
? Experience in managing multiple complex projects, with good organizing ability to prioritize projects concurrently;
? Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions based on facts and prior experiences;
? Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with fluency in Mandarin and English;
? Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 举报 分享
