职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责HFC产品的需求沟通，关键技术方案设计；
2、负责产品项目的研发、设计、调试及转产支持，优化直通率等；
3、负责产品在客户端的联调、测试、问题定位以及外部认证测试等；

任职要求：
1、扎实的射频电路理论基础，熟悉各种常用EDA软件（AD6、ADS等），实际动手能力强；
2、熟悉HFC、CATV、DOCSIS相关领域，熟悉行业内主流器件及测试资源供应商；
3、有HFC网络产品开发调试经验，如光站、光收发机、双向放大器等； 举报 分享
