职位描述：
PRINCIPAL ELECTRONIC ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
？ Lead a team from contract manufacturer to support project from development, pilot build, and mass production to end-of-life.
？ Liaison with Headquarter, Factory and suppliers to ensure completion of project on time and within budget.
？ Discuss, review and communicate with headquarter and manufacturing vendor to update/modify design as needed.
？ Test, debug, and validate complex assemblies.
？ Trouble shoot by identifying root causes and communicate with parties concerned in order to solve the problems.
？ Conduct cost-benefit analyses to determine the optimal direction to meet the design requirements.
？ Suggest alternative source component and prioritize qualification process.




Required skills:

？ Degree holder in electronic engineering;
？ Min 10 years solid engineering experience in electronic product with min 2 years in managerial position.
？ Relevant experience in
o Discrete analog circuit design such as motor driver circuit and battery charging.
o Microcontroller-based digital system
o High-volume/low-cost consumer product design and manufacturing experience.
o Schematics and printed circuit board layout using EDA tools.
o Infrared sensor, hall effector sensor and laser sensor
o WiFi and Bluetooth
？ Good communication and negotiation skills;
？ Self-motivated, responsible and willing to work under pressure & overtime;
？ Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment as part of a multidisciplinary team;
？ Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills;
？ Fluent in English and Cantonese, and Mandarin preferable;
？ Frequently travel to PRC and occasionally travel to Oversea. 举报 分享
