岗位职责:

Senior System Administrator is responsible for engineering and operating IT infrastructure systems, includes VMware system, Storage system, Windows system, File system, Backup etc. , that support RRD Asia.

Working with other RRD Asia IT teams and RRD global IT team, the Senior System Administrator will gather and analyse requirements and create system designs that support the RRD plants, offices Data Center and other IT infrastructure systems related area. Assignments will include a variety of projects to design IT infrastructure system solutions to support projects for RRD Asia. This position requires experience across a broad array of technologies but with a focus on EMC Storage technology, VMware, Microsoft Windows, Linux, Symantec backup solution.

This position’s primary focus is on the region Asia Pacific, tasks and responsibilities may need to be executed and delivered across globally.

Design and engineering
? Compiling and analysing business requirements for related IT infrastructure system projects.
? Designing IT solution that constructed on Wintel and/or Open Source platform.
? Designing, staging, configuring, implementing and supporting Servers hardware system and Storage hardware systems installations that may include VMware (vSphere), Linux, EMC Storage, Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008R2/2012, etc.
? Demonstrating specialised knowledge in and working knowledge of IT system technologies including:
o EMC Storage Technology
o VMWare vSphere 5.1/5.5/6.0 (HA, DRS), vCloud Suite, SRM
o Window server AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS, IIS, DFS, WSUS, WDS
o Any other emerging technologies in distribute computing area

Deployment and Operation
? Planning, supporting and executing System Upgrade, Change and Migration activities.
? Creating/Maintaining RRD IT infrastructure system documentation.
? Providing support for operational issues and/or problems.
? Providing support by troubleshooting and quickly resolving complex system problems across a broad range of technologies. Acting as a focal point for complex system problem resolution.
? Expert level internetworking troubleshooting in a large-scale IT infrastructure system environment.
? Responsible to site business owners and working with 3rd party suppliers, global and local teams, in line with agreed processes, for all assigned critical and non-critical IT infrastructure system.
? Installation of IT infrastructure system equipment (racking, stacking, patching) and handing it over to other teams for management (test & turn over).
? Ensure communication to relevant teams takes place and business users are aware of scheduled downtime if applicable.

? SFTP Solution

? Management tools setup and build

Experience/Education:
? Bachelor degree
? 7+ years of experience with IT infrastructure system design and/or operational support
? Experience designing and implementing physical and logical IT infrastructure system for large scale enterprise infrastructure installation or deployment projects
? Experience designing and supporting IT infrastructure system in a manufacturing
? Experience in developing automation test scripts using Perl and/or Shell
? One or more certifications strongly desired: EMCSA, EMCDCA, VCP, PMP, MCSE
? Experience working with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio
? Manufacturing systems experience desirable
