Job Description:
1.Develop & implement the software architecture
2.Define and develop both product and technology roadmaps for the software products
3.Lead the development team with technical leadership, development and problem solving capability
4.Maintain a close relationship with technology partners, particularly around development or outsource of on-going products
5.Work with both external and internal customers, particularly during product definition and development

Requirements:
1.Development management, Risks management & Executive Training programmes
2.Object-oriented technology, N-tier structure, Web service and data modeling, J2EE technology, Microsoft .NET or mobile
application is a plus
3.Good understanding of Logistics Business & Possess both strategic and critical thinking skill
4.Able to motivate both local and regional IT team
5.A sound sense of business and technical strategy is required to envision the "right" architectural approach
6.Demonstrate high degree of flexibility and desire to exel & strong written and verbal communication skill
7.Fluent English & Chinese Speak/read/write, other language skill is a plus
8.Must have held a project leader role in an IT function for a minimum of 5 years, with 3-4 years in development capacity
9.Exposure to Logistics industry will be a critical advantage and Must have proven track records of developing business system solutions
10.Practice of CMM methodology is a plus
