职位描述：
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Competitive analysis of construction, materials and performances of competitor tires.
Meet OE performance requirements through spec tuning technology.
Issue necessary documents such as project proposals, certificates and specification.
Tread pattern and mold profile design.
Develop features by OEMs’ requirement review and test data analysis.
Help Plant Technology Teams to build project tires
Cope with OEM audits and help Quality with Quality Standards certification and audits.
Provide technical seminars to OEMs
Collect and analyze market and competitor information.
Collaboration with global technical centers to obtain technical support and testing.
Work with plant Technology Teams to build experimental tires and help them with industrialization.
Work with OE Sales and OE Technical Support Teams to support OE activities in China.
Frequent visit to each OE accounts to help maintain excellent working relationships.
Improve capability by self-study or training provided by the company.

Required Skills and Abilities
Mechanical Engineering & related majors
Minimum 3 years of experience in OE development work
Multi-lingual: English & Mandarin with sound skills in reading, writing & speaking English
Good communication and technical documentation skills.
Proficiency with design of experiment methods with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Functional understanding of quality systems and concepts
Must be detail oriented, self-starting, and must be able to complete projects with minimal supervision.
Proficiency with standard PC applications including: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Bilingual in Chinese and English preferred 举报 分享
