Tasks / Responsibilities
The test engineer is responsible for the test planning and execution:
l Support all Node B testing (e.g. O&M test)
l Support the test environment setup: test equipment installation, configuration and commission
l Involve in the software and system design review and improve the quality from testing perspective
l Prepare test plan, test cases and script writing for automated testing
l Execute testing and find the faults
l Ensure the functions and quality attributes (e.g. performance) meet the requirements of BTS
l Actively contribute to test team via review, mentoring, and regular knowledge sharing
Experience
· At least 3 years software/system testing professional experience
· Experience with software development process; understand the importance and the challenges of testing
· Experience with agile process (e.g. SRUM) is plus; experience with continuous test integration is plus
· System level integration and verification of telecom equipment experience
· Experience with Node B and RNC (including GSM, WiMAX)
· Experience with O&M testing
· Automated testing with script is preferred
· Experience with Quality Center is preferred
Knowledge
· Test case design methods
· Good knowledge of wireless communication network, Node B / RNC is preferred
Capabilities

Languages
· English –fluent / advanced level in spoken and written
