Ø Summary:
Support and engage Performance Management to be able to run in CPS China
Ø Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
? Supporting and interpreting performance management
? Design, regularly review and update performance management, reward & recognition policy
? Responsible for to support Sales incentive, Operation Incentive set up and tracking and analyse to improve the relative KPI.
? Responsible to perform the employee performance evaluation and other related routine affairs
? Assist SBU/HRBP to establish performance review system and performance evaluation system of the Company and also organize the execution of these systems on a yearly basis.
? Analyze, summarize the effect of the employee performance review and collect the problems in the review and then put forward relevant suggestions in the light of practical work experiences.
? Build and update the database of performance review management towards the staff and also maintain the database on a regular basis.
? Supporting to Job evaluation and Job grading project and competency model.
Ø Required Education & Experience:
? Education: Graduated in Human Resources, Business Management, or the appropriate combination of education and experience.
? Experience: A minimum of 4 years of related HR experience
Ø Necessary Skills:
? Fluent in English - oral and written communication skills;
? Able to tactfully deal with difficult and sensitive situations
? Attention to detail and able to work to a high level of accuracy
? Highly organized and methodical
? Able to work under pressure within strict deadlines
? Team player
? Able to influence others
? Service-oriented
? Able to work in an international environment
? Strong computer software skills (Windows package, Intranet design)
