responsibilities
?Implement global HR processes, tools, policies and practices locally. Oversee and follow up them
?Define and drive HR priorities and local intitaives to support the business plans and objectives
?Support and advice line managers to find best solutions through HR practices, processes and policies, eg. in hiring, onboarding, developing and training, performance management and compensation
?Advise line managers regarding industrial relations and labour law related topics
?Ensure compliance with legislation, HR policies and Occupational Health&Safety and standards
?Collaborate with HR colleagues within the local and global HR network to deliver HR action plans
Identify opportunities to improve and provide feedback to develop HR processes, tools and practices further

qulifications
?Minimum 5 years experience in Human recourse management in industry
?Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources
?Excellent communication skills
?Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
?Strong change management skills
?Strong business and customer oriented mindset
?Experience in working in a global organization
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
