职位描述：
Responsibility:

- Be responsible for flash memory test program development, units failure analysis and device issue debug.

- Be responsible for NAND Product and Package Qual / Rel tests setup / eFA / Action Plan.

- Providing correct test condition for the memory product and generate defined test flow for volume testing needs

- Product Evaluation DOE for Rel / DPPM improvement and D/S and KGD Sort Yield improvement.

- Run the test time analysis to get a lowest cost test method in order to reach short test time and high testing coverage

- Define / improve testing method to deal with new product introduced to mass production and marketing

- Deliver a world class throughput time on the testing code development to reach the most effective way of sample delivery TPT (ThroughPut Time)

- Work with multinational team to complete assigned projects in PDT (product development team) required time.

 

Requirement:

- Possess a Bachelor in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.

- More than 3 years of debugging experience in PCIe/eMMC or other storage device technology.

- Strong FA experience on system level (NAND based products) and schematic interpretation skill.

- Well understanding of NAND structure and operation.

- PCIe Protocol Experience is a plus

- Perl/Python to create scripting for parsing and analyzing data

- Data extraction and analysis skills and JMP knowledge for data analyzing is a plus

- Proficient in C, C++ and Linux is an advantage.

- Microsoft Office Proficiency is a must – (Excel and Powerpoint).

- Lab Equipment experience (oscilloscope, thermonics, multi-meter, logic analyzers .etc)

- The ability to work and adapt in a high throughput with dynamic technical environment and Self-motivated and can take initiative on projects

- Team player and dependable and accountable
