职位描述：
Job Duties:
-Provide daily technical support to end user for PC hardware/software, mobiles, printers, faxes, video conference and telephone systems
-Work with Australia / Regional office IT Teams to ensure the network systems are operational and meet business needs, including network protection, security and remote connectivity
-Ensure all servers are fully smooth operational to meet business requirements, including Domain server, email server and application
-Negotiate with vendors for system and business application support and electronic / IT equipment procurement
-Take prompt action to resolve any emergency technical incident
-Handle Ad hoc project as delegate by IT Manager/Team Leader
-Occasionally travel to China and South East Asia countries
-Ad hoc project as assigned by Management

Requirements
-Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Studies / Business Information Technology or related discipline
-Minimum 3 years solid IT technical support experience in network, system and application administration
-Well versed of MS Windows administration, network and IT procurement
-Experience in IP Phone and Voice Record System Support is preferred
-Strong technical skill to develop IT business network
-Experience in server operation, application and management
-Good command of English and Mandarin
-Flexible manner and attitude to work hours – especially whilst in Australia/China (if required)
-Travelling to other Asian countries as necessary
-Experience in VBA in Excel (macro skill) 举报 分享
