【Objective, General Mission】
Job purpose:
- Adjust the website catalog structure according to E-business strategy
- Maintain the quality of website permanent catalog of E-business (pictures, label, items description etc.)
- Report and follow catalog efficiency
【Responsibility】
Job Duty:
djust the catalog structure according to E-commerce strategy
- Yearly revise assortment and needs tree according to the market, customer requirement, buying office annual range review (Shenzhou)
- Yearly revise items proportion by Tertile (T1/T2/T3)
Maintain the catalog of E-commerce and ensure it’s quality (pictures, label, items description etc.)
- Timely add new items, link new code which replace the former’s, following buying office new items launching and items cleaning
- Timely manage to correct the item’s information(name, pictures, label, flavor, function, weight etc.) on web background following change in RTS and ensure it’s correct
- Identify the items requested by our customers and upload to the web according to our policy
- Discover & create items for web alone(or pre-launching) following MKT research
Make report and follow catalog efficiency
- Make weekly/monthly/yearly report of catalog efficiency: sold rate, sold efficiency, category MS% etc.
- Analyze daily negative margin items
- Make report and follow the OOS of website
Main KPI:
- T.O
- Item efficiency
- Item Sold Rate
- Web Information error rate

Qualifications
Skill:
- Data analysis ability
- Fluent in English reading and speaking, with basic financial and law knowledge
- Well understanding of marketing and Well know web customer request & purchasing power
Experience:
- 1+years working experience in commercial department
