Qualification Requirement
？ Bachelor degree or above
？ At least 3 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain related, manufacturing planning , Importation & exportation custom/CIQ affair is preferred
？ Logic and systematic thinking, excellent communication and coordination skill
？ Familiar with ERP system, MS office
？ Fluent verbal and written in English and Mandarin
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist cosmetics laboratories by ensuring prompt availability of products that meet relevant quantity/quality requirements (raw materials, packaging, finished products, etc.)
？ Custom/CIQ clearance documents preparation and follow up (FG, BULK, AC, some equipment, and others)
？ Raw Material/Package/Consumable ordering from internal & external supplier, keep &manage stock in a reasonable level & meet business requirement
？ Sample (RM, FG, BULK, AC) delivery arrangement (lab, domestic & overseas)
？ Coordinate with labs for the priority arrangement
？ Logistics KPI monitor & reporting, analysis for improve opportunity
？ Schedule (BULK/FG) and other logistics related back up in logistics team
？ ERP system maintenance & coordinate with IT supplier
