Company
Our client is the subsidiary of a one of the Top 10 French IT Services Company. They cover IT integration of products like IT Scheduling & Monitoring, Warehouse Management Systems, IT Infrastructures, Applications for R&D, as well as Multimedia applications on IOS and Android devices. Their expertise is used by major European Retailers, FMCG, Automotive and Industry companies in China and APAC countries.
The IT Supply Chain Engineer is the link between end user and our company client, so you need to work closely with local clients and French level 2 support teams.
Responsibilities
? Customer support
o Support level 0 & 1 for end users
o Handle “incident” and “problem” tickets, update the ticket system (local) and review the tickets with clients
o Incident tickets: Needs to diagnose and solve the incidents (level 0 & 1) arisen by the users.
o Problem tickets: needs report to France, and work with level 2 support, he diagnoses the root cause of the incidents and tries to reproduce the case in a test environment. You take part in the tests to validate the patches proposed and inform your customer about the way the ticket is dealt.
? Live Assistance
o Go live assistant for all the process when a new client is implemented
? Training/ documentation
o Training of the new users to get used to their new WMS system.
o You may have to train your colleagues as well as drawing up the specific documentations.
? Testing (Integration Acceptances Tests / User Acceptance Tests)
o In charge of the validation/qualification of new releases (Patchs, new functions)
? Project Implementation
o After training on the solution and gained experience through the support function, the engineer will be able to work on implementation project.
o Develop and execute Marketing & Sales plan for clients, for French clients in general, with focus on Building & Infrastructure business in construction market.
Profile
? Bachelor’s degree in computer science or above
? Familiar with Windows server and SQL server
? Languages : Chinese – French – English
