职位描述：
Duties:
- Lead a team to deliver high service level of Order Processing, including:
- Check Customer Orders to make sure price/qty/item are accurate
- Create orders in ERP System
- Amend orders for both EDI/Manual Orders
- Create Master Data (Vendor Master, Item Master) in System
- Coordinate Factory Evaluation Schedule
- Follow Up and update order shipping schedule
- Settle down Credit Note/Debit note with Vendors
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of any ordering issues
- Continuously improve process and productivity

Requirement:
- Minimum 6 years' relevant experience with 1 year in managerial level
- Familiar with Garment Merchandising and Trading Business Operations
- Result oriented, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
- Customer orientated, able to work under pressure,
- Ability to build strong relationships with the team,
- Excellent communication skills, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
- Strong problem solving skills. Able to manage multiple tasks environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Literate in Microsoft office programs
- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics is preferred
