1）项目前期策划统筹
2）项目可行性研究、定位及相关分析
3）产品的初步定位、住宅、定位细化
4）财务测算、可行性建议
5）领导团队在规定时间内完成工作，与客户维持良好的合作关系
职位要求：
1）熟悉上海及长三角房产市场；
2）熟悉房地产开发流程、法规及政策，能针对房产市场最新的情况撰写分析报告供公司內部、发展商或政府作参考；
3）有5-8年以上相关工作经验（应届生请参考其它职位），其中至少有1年以上团队领导经验。有大型顾问项目经验者优先
4）具有良好的中英语听说读写能力，熟练使用office软件，善于使用Powerpoint，Word等；
5）具有良好的分析能力及学习能力，适应性、逻辑性、灵活性强；
6）具有良好的沟通能力以及团队合作精神；

Purpose
Complete the team task in time and develop potential customers. Support director to reach the goal of business strategy and business plan.
Dimensions
1. Responsibility for between 6 to 8 analysts in regional team in order to complete the task.
2. Reports to Director.
Clients & Marketing
1. Provide high level production of presentations, reports, proposals in line with staff’s core outputs
2. To complete and determine an accurate market analysis.
3. Lead the team to complete the work within the stipulated time.
4. Know well the importance of relationship with client, meet the client’s requirement and maintain the relationship.
Profit & Finance
1. To enhance team competitiveness and service delivery to improve the bottom line
2. To meet financial reporting objectives and line management duties, i.e. client docket/file creation, project pipeline, project costs, expenses, invoices, billing etc.
Operations
1. To protect DTZ' reputation, ensure Group's standards of risk management is understood and implemented consistently.
2. Provide suggestions to improve and streamline team processes and procedures
3. To ensure the efficient completion of the project under the premise of minimizing the accommodation, transportation, pt and other expenses.
4. People & Teams
5. Timely communication with team member.
6. Work together with director and other workmate, contribute to team goals
Qualifications
1. Depending on level of role, a qualification in relevant field of analysis practice or university degree
2. Other relevant/equivalent qualification
Skills & Knowledge
1. Demonstrable technical competence in areas relevant to role
2. Internal client relationship management skills
3. Familiar with the real estate market in Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta
4. Influencing and assertiveness
5. Good leadership is a plus
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Good command of written/verbal English
8. Excellent IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)
Experience
1. Experience in large-scale consultancy project
2. Background of Consulting firms
3. Experience working in the property sector an advantage
4. Experience putting presentations togeth
